Great watch, better customer service!

I bought this watch and after a couple of months, I noticed it wouldn't keep running overnight, even if I wound it before taking it off at night. I wrote a review mentioning this issue and Boccia reached out to me and offered to fix it. I sent it off and a couple of weeks later got it back and it has been keeping fantastic time ever since! I love this watch and am impressed with Boccia's customer service. They didn't give me a hard time about not having my original receipt or not having "registered" the watch for a warranty. They stood behind their product, and that is not something in great supply these days.
